Established in 2009 to fill the gap between large building organisations and the small local builder.
In 2012 iBuild expanded and relocated to our current office in Hornsby as a central location to service Greater Sydney, while still being able to service the Central Coast and Hunter regions.
Nick Ball
Managing Director
Nick has had extensive experience within the building industry. Having grown up with the building industry in his blood, it was something that came naturally to him. From working for local Builders as a Carpenter, to being Project Manager in large construction firms, Nick has covered almost every aspect of construction. At the age of 24, Nick was the Site Manager undertaking the restoration works at the heritage listed Argyle Stores, transforming it into the acclaimed Argyle Bar.
Nick has completed his Carpentry Trade and qualifications in Building. He is a member of the HIA as a Licenced Builder.
Nick oversees all aspects of the company from Site Management, to the day to day operation of the company adminsitration.
He was also the Builder for Josh and Jenna on The 2013 Block Allstars!!

Paul March
Site Manager
Paul is a qualified Carpenter and Builder who runs our larger sites that require the keenest eye for detail. Known for his accuracy and efficiency, his work ethic ensures his sites are run like a well oiled machine.
Paul has had extensive experience running larger residential and commercial jobs and is a valuable asset to our young and energetic team.
James is an established Project Manager and qualified Structural Engineer. Continuing his professional development, he recently completed a Masters degree in Construction Project Management at The University of NSW.
James oversees the daily operations of our sites and administration, for the efficiency of our projects.
James grew up on the Northern Beaches, and is a keen surfer.

Ben Field
Site Foreman
Ben has recently been given the oppurtunity to run a number of our sites having shown great leadership and initiative on recent projects. He is a qualified carpenter and another valued member in our young and energetic team.
Ben is a 'hands on' Foreman ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, and contractor's are sticking to our construction programme.
Ben is another Northern Beaches local, and is a keen Rugby player.
Nick's brother Matt is a qualified Carpenter and is currently studying for his Builders Licence.
Matt is a knowledgable Site Manager who is known for his lateral thinking and problem solving skills. Additionally Matt's sites are always full of fun which we feel is an important part of our company culture. We value our staff and contractor's enjoying their work.
Matt has been with iBuild for several years and like his brother definitely has building in his blood.
