Team Josh and Jenna
Our Managing Director Nick, was selected to be the builder for the fiery couple Josh and Jenna on The 2013 Block Allstars. Throughout the series, Nick's professionalism, hard work ethic, attention to detail and innovative ideas did not go unnoticed.
Team Josh and Jenna had great success, winning challenges for best bedroom, their stunning bathroom and 'world-class kitchen'. After a tight auction, the Tasman Street Bondi Home sold for $1.65 million, finishing in 2nd place by a marginal $20,000.

North Shore - Mount Colah
Interior Design and Renovation
Design and Construct for this makeover to sell for profit. Included 3 new bathrooms, new limed oak hardwood floors throughout, new kitchen and laundry, landscaping and a self contained living downstairs.
This project was Nicks own "Block" style renovation completing over a few months in his spare time.
Nick capitalised on buying the property that has potential to sell for profit, whilst showing that the "rough tradie" does have creative style.
Keep an eye out for the next of many development projects of Nicks.

Inner West - Annandale
Heritage listed Rebuild
This Property was completed rebuilt under the stringent eye of Leichardt Council Heritage consultants. Items that had to be reused were carefully dismantled and then reinstalled exactly how it was found. The property mainatins its heritage look and feel from the front but inside is a complete modern and contemporary look.

This heritage listed freestanding house was maintained from the outside and the street front. but the inside was given a complete rebuild with new concrete polished floors, P50 shadow line skirtings and cornices, and custom solar pergolas and awnings.
The addition of another bedroom, bathroom and the new kitchen with outdoor alfresco patio and garden, makes the perfect mix of contemporary living mix with the heritage.
Northern Beaches - Allambie Heights
New Build
Situated on the northern beaches this beach house features all the building components for the contemporary beach house style.
With rendered brick, Hardies linear weathboards, Sandstone and pine clad external surfaces externally to Oak engineerd floors and feature sandstone cladding intetnally.
This 2 storey home was started construction in Feb 2014 and was completed early July 2014
North Shore - West Pymble
New Build
This large 2 storey home in west pymble featured modern rendered brick veneer with large alfresco area. With 5 double sized bedrooms featuring king sized main bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 lounge room, rumpus dining and study.
This 2 storey home was completed in 6 months during early 2012
Hills District - Galston
New Build
This new elevated home is big, covering a footprint of 300m2 The Elevated strucutre is assembled from the dura-steel flooring system whilst the house is clad with a combination of James hardies Matrix board and easyclad boards.
Considering the size of this place, simple but cost effective design allowed us to complete the structure and finishes in 13 weeks
Hawkesbury - Barpoint
New Build
This new home is situated on the hawkesbury river and accesible by boat only. This proved an extreme challenge not only getting staff to site but materials and equipment too.
The Steel framed and clad home is completely bush fire safe, and self reliant featuring its own rain water catchment and storage and sewer proceesing system.

Northern Beaches - Balgowlah
Rebuild
iBuild were initially selected to do a simple 2nd Storey addition and renovation at this small Northern Beaches house, the project grew into a total rebuild, which included new footings, structure, cladding and a total remodel of the exisiting downstairs. We are so proud of this project as the transformation from original house to the end result is un-recognisable.
